Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a warm, welcoming manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen staff

- Answer menu questions and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience
- Process payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and service stations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth front-of-house operations
Requirements:
- Previous serving, waitstaff, or food service experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy café setting
- Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays as needed
- Food handler's card or willingness to obtain one
